         The defendant is sentenced as provided in pages 2 through 7 of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, as modified by United States v. Booker. 543 U.S. 220 (2005).

         Count 2 dismissed on the motion of the United States.

         IT IS ORDERED that the defendant must notify the United States attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of name, residence, or mailing address until all fines, restitution, costs and special assessments imposed by this judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay restitution, the defendant shall notify the court and United States attorney of any material change in the defendant's economic circumstances.

         IMPRISONMENT

         The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of Count 1:120 months; Count 3: 360 months, each count concurrent. Further, the term of incarceration imposed should run concurrent with the anticipated term of incarceration to be imposed in the 20th Judicial Circuit, Lee County Case No. 16-CF-15980.

         The Court makes the following recommendations as to incarceration:

         Incarceration in a facility close to home (South Florida, specifically Coleman Correctional Institution)

         The defendant is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal.
