         The defendant is sentenced as provided in pages 2 through 6 of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, as modified by United States v. Booker, 543 U.S. 220 (2005).

         IT IS ORDERED that the defendant must notify the United States attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of name, residence, or mailing address until all fines, restitution, costs and special assessments imposed by this judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay restitution, the defendant shall notify the court and United States attorney of any material change in the defendant's economic circumstances.

         Date of Imposition of Judgment: March 27, 2017

         IMPRISONMENT

         The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of Count 1: 120 months; Count 2: 121 months, both counts to run concurrent.

         The Court makes the following recommendations as to incarceration:

         The court recommends the defendant be brought before the immigration court post incarceration.

         The court further recommends that the mental health evaluation be sent to the bureau of prisons for location and treatment of defendant.

         The court will recommend mental health treatment as well as sexual offender mental health treatment during incarceration.

         The court will recommend the defendant is housed close to home (Fort Myers, FL).

         The defendant is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal.

         SUPERVISED RELEASE

         Upon release from imprisonment, you will be on supervised release for a term of LIFE, both counts concurrent.
