         The defendant pleaded guilty to Count One of the Indictment. Accordingly, the court has adjudicated that the defendant is guilty of the following offense:

         The defendant is sentenced as provided in pages 2 through 6 of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984.

         Counts Two, Five, Six, Seven, Eight and Nine of the Indictment are dismissed on government's motion.

         IT IS ORDERED that the defendant must notify the United States Attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of name, residence, or mailing address until all fines, restitution, costs and special assessments imposed by this judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay restitution, the defendant shall notify the court and United States Attorney of any material change in the defendant's economic circumstances.

         Date of Imposition of Judgment:

         IMPRISONMENT

         The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY (120) MONTHS as to Count One of the Indictment with credit for time served as calculated by the Bureau of Prisons.

         The Court recommends to the Bureau of Prisons:

         1. 1st choice of incarceration - Elkton, OH

         2. 2nd choice of incarceration - as close to Ohio as possible

         3. UNICOR program for training for defendant

         4. 500 hour substance abuse counseling for heroin and other drugs.

         5. Medical examination for hip problems, Hepatitis C and other concerns (asthma and lung concerns).

         6. Vocational education in hotel and restaurant administration and culinary arts, studying to become a chef. (Defendant has two years at Hocking Technical College.)

         7. Better selection of associates counseling.

         The defendant is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal.
