         The defendant is sentenced as provided in the following pages of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984.

         Counts Two and Three of the Indictment are dismissed on the motion of the United States.

         IT IS ORDERED that the defendant shall notify the United States Attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of name, residence, or mailing address until all fines, restitution, costs and special assessments imposed by this judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay restitution, the defendant shall notify the court and United States Attorney of any material change in the defendant's economic circumstances.

         IMPRISONMENT

         The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of TWO HUNDRED and THIRTY-FIVE (235) MONTHS as to Count One of the Indictment with credit for time served as calculated by the United States Bureau of Prisons.

         The Court recommends to the Bureau of Prisons:

         1. 1st choice of incarceration - Ft. Dix, N.J.

         2. 2nd choice of incarceration - wherever there is an ACTIVE UNICOR program

         3. UNICOR to send support for three minor sons.

         4. Academic courses in business administration, computers and various languages. Provide education to defendant speaking, reading, and writing English language.

         5. Vocational education in electrical trade, welding, HVAC, refrigeration, mechanics, plumbing, small business ...
