         The defendant is sentenced as provided in the following pages of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984.

         IT IS ORDERED that the defendant shall notify the United States Attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of name, residence, or mailing address until all fines, restitution, costs and special assessments imposed by this judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay restitution, the defendant shall notify the court and United States Attorney of any material change in the defendant's economic circumstances.

         IMPRISONMENT

         The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of ONE HUNDRED and EIGHTY (180) MONTHS as to Count One of the Indictment. Defendant shall receive credit for time served as calculated by the United States Bureau of Prisons.

         The Court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of Prisons:

1. Incarceration at FMC Lexington or FMC Butner; if medium FCI Manchester. Defendant does not want to be placed in Memphis.
2. IMMEDIATE SPECIALIST MEDICAL EXAM FOR CRITICAL BLOOD CANCER. See medical records!!! Defendant heeds his medication and diet consistent with leukemia condition.
3. 500 hour substance abuse counseling.
4. All necessary elementary and secondary education. Then procure GED.
5. Vocational education in electrical trade, plumbing trade, welding, refrigeration, HVAC, small business administration and all related computers to trades. Mechanical education regarding vehicles and trucks.
