         The defendant pleaded guilty to Count One of the Indictment. Accordingly, the court has adjudicated that the defendant is guilty of the following offense:

         The defendant is sentenced as provided in the following pages of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984.

         IT IS ORDERED that the defendant shall notify the United States Attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of name, residence, or mailing address until ail fines, restitution, costs and special assessments imposed by this judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay restitution, the defendant shall notify the court and United States Attorney of any material change in the defendant's economic circumstances.

         The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of THIRTY (30) MONTHS as to Count One of the Indictment. Defendant shall receive credit for time served as calculated by the United States Bureau of Prisons.

         IMPRISONMENT

         The term of imprisonment imposed by this judgment shall run consecutively with the defendant's term of imprisonment imposed pursuant to the judgment in Docket Number 2015-CF-9952, Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida.

         The Court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of Prisons:

1. 18t choice of incarceration - Jesup, GA 2. 2nd choice of incarceration - Marianna, FL 3. UNICOR to send support for minor child.
4. Medical exam for high blood pressure and need for diet and medication.
5. Provide all necessary elementary and all secondary education. Then procure GED.
6. Vocational education in electrical trade, welding, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing trade, small business administration ...
