The
defendant is sentenced as provided in the following pages of
this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the
Sentencing Reform Act of 1984.
Count
Two of the Indictment is dismissed on the motion of the
United States.
IT
IS ORDERED that the defendant shall notify the
United States Attorney for this district within 30 days of
any change of name, residence, or mailing address until all
fines, restitution, costs and special assessments imposed by
this judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay restitution,
the defendant shall notify the court and United States
Attorney of any material change in the defendant's
economic circumstances.
IMPRISONMENT
The
defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United
States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of
ONE HUNDRED and TWENTY (120) MONTHS as to
Count One of the Indictment. Defendant shall receive credit
for time served as calculated by the United States Bureau of
Prisons.
The
Court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of
Prisons:
1.
1st choice of incarceration - Ft. Dix, N.J.
2.
2nd choice of incarceration - Jesup, GA
3.
UNICOR to send support home for two minor children, one of
which NEEDS IMMEDIATE SURGERY.
4.
Provide all necessary elementary and all secondary education.
Then procure GED. Also, provide education speaking English
language.
5.
Vocational education in carpentry and basic mechanical
education especially in motors, electrical trade, welding,
HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, small ...
