         The defendant is sentenced as provided in the following pages of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984.

         IT IS ORDERED that the defendant shall notify the United States Attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of name residence, or mailing address until all fines, restitution, costs and special assessments imposed by this judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay restitution, the defendant shall notify the court and United States Attorney of any material change in the defendant's economic circumstances.

         IMPRISONMENT

         The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of ONE HUNDRED and THIRTY-FIVE (135) MONTHS. This term consists of ONE HUNDRED and THIRTY-FIVE (135) MONTHS as to Counts One and Two of the Indictment, both such terms to run concurrently. Defendant shall receive credit for time served as calculated by the United States Bureau of Prisons.

         The Court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of Prisons:

• 1st choice of incarceration - Coleman, FL
• 2nd choice of incarceration - Jesup, GA
• UNICOR to send support for minor child.
• Provide all necessary elementary and secondary education for defendant including reading, writing and speaking for English language. Then procedure GED.
• Vocational education in electrical trade, welding, HVAC, refrigeration, mechanics, plumbing, small business administration and computers related to trades.
• RDAP for substance abuse of alcohol.
