         The defendant is sentenced as provided in the following pages of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984.

         Counts One and Two of the Superseding Indictment and all other counts of the underlying Indictment are dismissed on the motion of the United States.

         IT IS ORDERED that the defendant shall notify the United States Attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of name, residence, or mailing address until all fines, restitution, costs and special assessments imposed by this judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay restitution, the defendant shall notify the court and United States Attorney of any material change in the defendant's economic circumstances.

         Date of Imposition of Sentence: November 9, 2012

         IMPRISONMENT

         The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of NINETY-SEVEN (97) MONTHS as to Counts Three and Four of the Superseding Indictment, all such terms to run concurrently. Defendant shall receive credit for time served as calculated by the United States Bureau of Prisons.

         The Court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of Prisons:

1. Incarceration at McRae, GA or Coleman, FL
2. Provide education to defendant speaking English language.
3. Provide vocational education to defendant in mechanics, refrigeration, welding, electrical trade, plumbing, computers ...
