         The defendant is sentenced as provided in the following pages of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984.

         Count One of the Indictment is dismissed on the motion of the United States.

         IT IS ORDERED that the defendant shall notify the United States Attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of name, residence, or mailing address until all fines, restitution, costs and special assessments imposed by this judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay restitution, the defendant shall notify the court and United States Attorney of any material change in the defendant's economic circumstances.

         IMPRISONMENT

         The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of FORTY-SIX (46) MONTHS as to Count Three of the Indictment with credit for time served as calculated by the Bureau of Prisons.

         The Court recommends to the Bureau of Prisons:

1. 1st choice of incarceration - Coleman, FL
2. UNICOR to send support for 4 minor children.
3. Medical examination for SERIOUS throat and gastroenteritis problems. Needs diet.
4. RDAP program for SERIOUS meth and other drug problems.
5. Provide all necessary secondary education. Then procure GED.
6. Vocational education in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, welding, electrical trade, mechanics, small business administration ...
