JUDGMENT IN A CRIMINAL CASE

defendant pleaded guilty to Count One of the Indictment.
Accordingly, the court has adjudicated that the defendant is
guilty of the following offense:

defendant is sentenced as provided in the following pages of
this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the
Sentencing Reform Act of 1984.
Two of the Indictment is dismissed on the motion of the
ORDERED that the defendant shall notify the United States
Attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of
name, residence, or mailing address until all fines,
restitution, costs and special assessments imposed by this
judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay restitution, the
defendant shall notify the court and United States Attorney
of any material change in the defendant's economic

States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of
ONE HUNDRED and THIRTY-FIVE (135) MONTHS as
to Count One of the Indictment. Defendant shall receive
credit for time served as calculated by the United States

1st choice of incarceration - Ft. Dix, NJ;
2ndchoice of incarceration - Coleman, FL;
3rd choice of incarceration - McRae, GA
Immediate medical exam for serious health condition which
local jails have prescribed over a dozen medications.
Defendant has diabetes and gastrointestinal eruptions which
produce internal and external abscesses. Also, diet to
control whatever is causing his conditions.
UNICOR to send support for two minor children.
Provide all necessary elementary and all secondary education
including reading, writing and speaking Spanish and English
languages. Then procure GED.
Vocational education in electrical trade, welding, HVAC,
refrigeration, mechanics, plumbing, small business
