         The defendant is sentenced as provided in pages 2 through 6 of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, as modified by United States v. Booker, 543 U.S. 220 (2005).

         IMPRISONMENT

         The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of 97 months, each count concurrent.

         The Court makes the following recommendations as to incarceration:

         Incarceration in a facility close to home (Fort Myers, FL)

         Participation in any and all educational programs, to include vocational training.

         The defendant is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal.
