         The defendant is sentenced as provided in pages 2 through 7 of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, as modified by United States v. Booker. 543 U.S. 220 (2005).

         Count 10 dismissed on the motion of the United States.

         IT IS ORDERED that the defendant must notify the United States attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of name, residence, or mailing address until all fines, restitution, costs and special assessments imposed by this judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay restitution, the defendant shall notify the court and United States attorney of any material change in the defendant's economic circumstances.

         IMPRISONMENT

         The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of 144 months; 84 months in each of Counts 1 through 8 and 11 through 13, to be served concurrently with one another and a consecutive term of 60 months in Count 9.

         The Court makes the following recommendations as to incarceration:

         Incarceration in a facility close to home (Lehigh Acres, Florida)

         Participation in any and all educational programs, to include vocational training.

         The defendant is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal.

         SUPERVISED RELEASE

         Upon release from imprisonment, you will be on supervised release for a term of 3 years, all counts concurrent.
